- Reservations: A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received and a confirmation number is issued.
- Payment: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged in full.
- Liability: King Limousine is not liable for any damages to or loss of personal property, or for any personal injuries incurred during transportation.
- Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers of legal drinking age and must be consumed responsibly.
- Vehicle Substitution: King Limousine reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the reserved vehicle is unavailable.
- Service Area: King Limousine services a specific area and additional charges may apply for transportation outside of that area.
- Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the fare and is left to the discretion of the client.
- Vehicle capacity: The client is responsible for ensuring that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.
