At King Limousine, we are committed to providing our clients with safe, reliable, and luxurious transportation services. We have established the following terms and conditions to ensure that our clients are fully informed and to protect their rights and interests.

  1. Reservations: A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received and a confirmation number is issued.
  2. Payment: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged in full.
  4. Liability: King Limousine is not liable for any damages to or loss of personal property, or for any personal injuries incurred during transportation.
  5. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers of legal drinking age and must be consumed responsibly.
  6. Vehicle Substitution: King Limousine reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the reserved vehicle is unavailable.
  7. Service Area: King Limousine services a specific area and additional charges may apply for transportation outside of that area.
  8. Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the fare and is left to the discretion of the client.
  9. Vehicle capacity: The client is responsible for ensuring that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.
